BREWING METHOD

Pop a heaped teaspoon of chai in to a small pot. Cover the leaves with water, bring it up boil.

Add 300ml of cold milk. Slowly bring to a high heat. Strain in to a cup.

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Relax & enjoy.

Alternatively, just pop the kettle on & make like a regular cuppa. There is no wrong way to make it!
